Personal Philosophy & Professional Bio
"Success is rarely an accident"
For the last decade I’ve been helping busy New Yorkers – professionals, parents, and organizations – get things done. I became a certified life coach with a simple mission: To help others live the best version of their lives. My practice is rooted in coactive coaching, and I have evolved my practice to include personal levels of motivation and goal setting. Some coaching is entirely client-focused; there is more of an exchange and partnership in what I do. People seek me out because I listen and I live directionally based on the examples I set in personal and professional life.
I changed my own life direction identifying and achieving the life I always wanted. I do this time after time for my clients.
And I hope to help you do the same.
My job is helping you find the answers you need.
Coaching is self directed. I ask the questions, and provide a space for you to think.
YOU got this.
What do you want from your life?
What needs to change?
Where can you be better?
I’m here to coach and advise you in setting yourself up to make positive decisions around your work, your home, and your life as a whole. Big picture or small, I’m here for you.
I teach you to develop a state of mind that develops positive outcomes. Lasting change doesn’t happen overnight. Together, we will work to get you moving in the right direction
I coach from the heart. Helping you understand yourself in new and different ways. It’s your life, your path and your decisions. I support you in the journey. I’ll ask the hard questions, continue to challenge you, and then hold you accountable to your vision.
